How returns and refunds work for New Open Box orders.

ShockSales sells New Open Box products — retail items that may have been opened, returned, or handled, and are inspected before listing. Packaging may show wear, and each listing describes the item's condition. Please review the description and photos before you buy.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve it quickly.

Limited quantities

Open-box inventory is limited and often one-of-a-few units. Where an exact replacement is not available, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where an item was sent in error or arrived damaged. Return shipping arrangements are confirmed case by case through our Contact page.
